Keith Finnegan
Keith brings more than 20 years of restaurant and food-retail experience across multinational QSR brands, ambitious independent businesses, franchising, delivery, real-estate development, and multi-unit operations in Ireland and the United States. His career includes commercial and operational leadership with Just Eat Takeaway, Supermac’s, and Subway, alongside advisory work for local operators and investors. He served as an Ireland & UK board member for Subway Marketing and chair of its Ireland Regional Marketing Board, helping shape strategy and oversee multimillion-dollar budgets across a 1,500-store network. During COVID, Keith also designed and built Dublin’s rider network—experience that now informs his work in QSR technology, gig operations, and responsible distributed-service models.
